By accessing our services, including but not limited to our website, online forms, WhatsApp Business API, and any communication channels, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Scope. We provide a WhatsApp chatbot platform (“Mei AI WhatsApp Bots”) that enables business users to automate and manage customer conversations, including one-to-one messaging, group chat (in higher tiers), media forwarding, AI persona systems, and AI model integrations.
1.2 Editions. Multiple editions are offered (Free, Business, Enterprise), each with different features, limits, and hosting options.
1.3 Access. Depending on your chosen plan, you may self-host the chatbot or use our managed hosting services.
1.4 Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at our discretion.
2.1 Data Collection. We collect data necessary to operate the Service, including WhatsApp messages, metadata, logs, and user information.
2.2 Use of Data. Data is used to maintain and improve the Service, for analytics, and to ensure security and compliance.
2.3 Sharing. Data is not sold. Limited data may be shared with trusted third-party providers under confidentiality requirements.
2.4 Retention and Deletion. Data is retained only as needed for operations or legal compliance. You may request deletion through our support channels.
2.5 Security. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
2.6 Your Responsibilities. You must ensure your customers consent to data usage through your chatbot operations.
3.1 Lawful Use. You must comply with Malaysian law and WhatsApp/Meta’s policies.

3.3 Suspension or Termination. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4.1 Integrations. The Service may use third-party AI, hosting, or analytics providers.
4.2 Compliance. You must comply with the terms of any integrated third-party service.
4.3 Disclaimer. We do not guarantee the reliability or security of third-party services.
5.1 Grant. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business usage.
5.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Service unless explicitly permitted.
5.3 Commercial License. Extended or proprietary use may require a separate agreement.
6.1 Notice. Report IP infringement with full details, including your contact information and identification of the infringing content.
6.2 Counter-Notice. Users may dispute removal if they believe content was wrongly taken down.
6.3 Repeat Infringers. Accounts involved in repeated violations may be disabled.
7.1 As-Is Basis. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
7.2 No Accuracy Guarantee. Responses generated by chatbots may not always be accurate or complete.
7.3 Release. You release us from all claims related to your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
8.1 No Indirect Damages. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.2 Liability Cap. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
8.3 Essential Basis. These limitations are fundamental to our agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or negligence.
10.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law.
10.2 Arbitration. Disputes shall first be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia.
10.3 Courts. If arbitration does not apply, disputes may be brought before courts in Kuala Lumpur.
10.4 Jury Trial. Malaysia does not use jury trials; decisions are made by judges or arbitrators.
10.5 Injunctive Relief. We may seek urgent legal action to protect intellectual property or prevent misuse.
11.1 Continuity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance may affect availability.
11.2 Suspension. Access may be suspended for violations or non-payment.
11.3 Data Loss. We are not liable for data loss beyond our reasonable control.
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
Failure to enforce a clause does not waive future enforcement of that clause.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
